I love photographing newborns for so many reasons. One of them is that they barely notice when they’re the star of a family portrait session! The image of hands cradling the baby is so striking. Usually, I use dad’s hands for these images but this time mum and dad both held their baby.
It was lovely to see how much mum and dad doted on sleepy little Sonny. Mum Maddie looked as radiant as she did when I took her maternity photos. They really are a beautiful family!
